On-Site, One-on-One Training Course: Mastering AK90+ and ACDP 1+2 Tools for Advanced Key Programming
This specialized, hands-on training course is designed to provide in-depth, one-on-one instruction on using the AK90+ and ACDP 1+2 tools to process lost keys, spare keys, and dealer keys for a variety of BMW and other automotive systems, including EWS, EIS, FEM, DME, CAS, and KVM units. Through this personalized, on-site training, participants will gain a thorough understanding of these complex vehicle security systems and their key programming requirements.
During the course, you will learn the intricacies of each system, such as EWS (Electronic Immobiliser System), EIS (Electronic Ignition System), FEM (Front Electronics Module), DME (Digital Motor Electronics), CAS (Car Access System), and KVM (Key Vehicle Module). You'll be guided through the process of retrieving important data from these modules, including PIN codes, key programming, and system configuration. Special attention will be given to understanding how these systems interact with each other and the importance of accurate key programming in maintaining vehicle security.
Participants will receive hands-on training on how to effectively use the AK90+ and ACDP 1+2 tools to create dealer keys, generate spare keys, and recover or create lost keys for a wide range of vehicles. In addition to learning the technical aspects of key programming, you'll also explore the most efficient methods for dealing with these systems, including eeprom reading, key adaptation, and security code retrieval. By the end of the course, you will have developed the practical skills needed to successfully work with these tools and systems, ensuring you can handle key programming and processing tasks for the most advanced automotive security systems with confidence and precision.
KEY COURSE TOPICS INCLUDE:
Working with EWS, EIS, CAS, FEM/BDC, KVM and DME systems.
Removal and preparing EWS module for key programming. Producing dealer keys, adding spare keys, and handling All Keys Lost scenarios.
Installing ACDP 1+2 modules, preparing vehicles for programming, and recovering coding and EEPROM data. Producing dealer keys, adding spare keys, and handling all Keys Lost scenarios. Resetting vehicle mileage and managing key deletions.
By the end of the course the graduate will be proficient in advanced key programming, coding, and data recovery with the AK90+ ACDP 1+2 tools, allowing programming of the full range of bladed and remote keys, for BMW, MINI, KVM "lockouts" and changeable ID keys for JLR systems.
